  • Check DHCP Server service is running

#service dhcpd status

  • Check VM Network card connection established
  • Check VM Interface MAC address
  • Check VM Network settings correct VLAN choosed
  • Check PXE Boot Firmware version

For this issue Solution is VLAN tagging not done in the HP Virtual Connector … After that working fine 🙂 🙂 🙂
